Adding a port now works — and three pages that failed to load are fixed

We announced the port register and read-only controls as ready. They were not, and this corrects that.

Adding a port failed every time. Filling in the form in Settings → Ports and pressing Create ended in "Could not create the port", for every account and every role that is allowed to add one. The permission that decides who may see a port looked the port up before it had finished being saved, so it refused the very port being created. It now works. Who can see which ports has not changed: nobody can see or add ports in an account they do not belong to, and a member limited to particular ports still sees only those.

Three pages did not load at all. Ports, Documents and Custom Fields showed an error instead of their contents. That meant the document store was unavailable, and the Custom Fields settings described in Your own fields, on every record type could not be opened. All three load again.

A brand-new account's first screen showed an error instead of the prompt to add its first port. It now shows the prompt, and the prompt takes you straight to Settings → Ports.

Read-only members see controls disabled, with the reason, rather than buttons that fail when pressed. That now works on the document store, which a read-only member is expected to use.

Members, Ports and Settings are back in the sidebar. The Settings group used to start folded away, showing only its heading, so those pages were easy to miss entirely. It now starts open. You can still fold it if you prefer.

Emails now say Censerva. Invitations, sign-in links, email confirmation, password resets and one-time codes previously carried another product's name, as did the prompt shown when signing in with a passkey.

One limitation remains: a member who has been limited to particular ports still cannot add a new port. That is deliberate for now while we decide what such a member should be able to do.

These problems were found by testing the product end to end the way an operator uses it — creating an account, adding a port, inviting a read-only member — which we now do automatically.
