Censerva ships with a demonstration port so it can be explored before any real traffic is entered. That demonstration runs on a fixed date, because its vessels, calls and movements are arranged around one moment; read against today, a ship that should be alongside would look long departed. It also carries a banner saying the data is invented.
Until now, every account was treated as the demonstration account. The banner appeared on every operational screen, and every account's clock was fixed to that same date — so times such as "arriving in 3 hours", "overdue" and "certificate expires in 12 days" would have been worked out from the wrong day.
Now the demonstration setting belongs to a single account. Your account shows no banner and uses the current date and time for every arrival, departure, movement, service, incident and expiry. The demonstration account keeps its banner and its fixed date, so it can still be explored exactly as before.
The setting is controlled by Censerva, not by account owners. It cannot be switched on for a real account by mistake, and the demonstration account cannot lose its banner.
